What I'm liking this week

I realised I haven't done one of these posts for a while so I thought I'd kick it off again...

Eat Drink Chic iPhone wallpapers
I recently discovered the blog Eat Drink Chic by Melbourne based graphic designer Amy Moss.  The blog is about all things pretty- from interiors, to fashion, to entertaining to gift ideas plus lots of other lovely things!  What makes this blog even better is that there is a DIY + Freebies section, and I found these very cute iPhone wallpapers on there to download (I currently have the scallops design on my phone).  Every time I turn on my phone the bright colours cheer me up!

Investing in a clothes rack
Some of you may have picked up on the fact that I have a shopping addiction, which means my wardrobe is forever expanding.  My wardrobe was getting to the point of ridiculousness- everything was so squashed together that all my clothes were creased, and every time I tried to take something out, another piece of clothing would fall off its hanger.  It was definitely time to buy a clothes rack.

I got this great idea from Geneva over at A Pair and a Spare to create a seasonal mood rail; now all the main items of clothing that I want to wear over the season are hanging on my clothes rack, easy to access.  It's made it so much easier to find what I'm looking for and put outfits together, and at $15 from Ikea, it wasn't much of an investment!  I highly recommend giving this a go if you have the space.

Lovely bloggers
One thing I didn't expect from blogging is that I would find so many lovely bloggers out there, it is actually a really supportive community!  In particular I have to mention Inna from Baking in Couture, who has given me some fantastic advice on how to grow my readership.  It has been much appreciated Inna, thankyou!

On the theme of lovely bloggers- my friends Jill and Nadia have started a new blog, Everyday Monday. This blog is the ultimate guide to achieving a balanced wellness, featuring straight to the point goodness that will make it easier to achieve all the things you never get around to starting, by empowering you to nourish your relationship with your mind and body.  Check it out!
